I've lived here for three years and I must say the new management here at the new Piedmont is great!! Every time I call they are pleasant and always willing to help right away. Krystal is the best!! She's helped me get a lot of things done in my apartment. They have recently remodeled the amenities for their guest and it's beautiful.

I came in with my sisters and Jennifer was really awesome and answered every questions we had. Also she had really good customer service which is a must for me.

Living in the complex over the last year has been a good experience. Krystle and her team continue to always look for ways to improve conditions on the property. The maintenance team works vigorously to meet the needs in a timely fashion. Location is ideal for those working near the city as well.

Jennifer Stewart was a great tour guide! She showed me many properties and answered all the questions perfectly. Definitely made my experience a lot better than the virtual tours and I am definitely thinking about moving here!

Looking To relocate to North Carlolina specifically Charlotte area. A friend recommended Piedmont. Met with Ashley and given an impressive tour and having a place To get a workout in without leaving the property is huge. Be seeing you Soon.

I went to check this development for my daughter, who is planning on moving out. I met with Jennifer who was respectful and calming for this anxious mom. She was not only very knowledgeable of the property, but showed me me around and made me feel that my loved one would be safe. Thank you so much Jen for your professionalism!

I would like to take a moment acknowledge Sonya Kinard... she has been a pleasure to work with the entire time I have lived at the Piedmont, she was my first contact when I moved into my townhouse and has always been pleasant and easy to work with. I appreciate all her hard work and friendly demeanor... I resigned my lease because she makes it so easy to be a tenant at the .. This review is from Kim Thomas and My daughter Shanice Herbin :-)
