I’ve had a good experience living in this property so far. The community is well-kept, and the staff is always ready to help. I especially want to recognize the maintenance technician, who is reliable, professional, and quick to respond whenever an issue comes up. It makes a big difference knowing that repairs and requests are handled with care and efficiency. Overall, I feel comfortable and supported living here.

I WAS IN CHARLOTTE LOOKING FOR AN APARTMENT FOR MY DAUGHTER THE WILLL BE RELOCATING FOR COLLEGE. JOAN THE MANAGER MADE ME FEEL COMFORTABLE. I WAS VERY IMPRESSED BY HER CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HOW SHE EXPLAINED THE PROCESS TO ME. I THINK IVE FOUND THE RIGHT PLACE FOR MY DAUGHTER. THANK YOU JOAN FOR YOUR HOSPITALITY.
