APARTMENT REVIEWS IN Charlotte

I am new to Charlotte and needed to secure an apartment quickly for my transition. Piedmont Apartments were highly recommended by a friend, so I called and scheduled an appointment. I worked with Jennifer, who was very professional and worked to accomodate my needs and preferences. The application process was smooth, quick and easy, I am so relieved. I am pleased with how everything has worked out so far! I am looking forward to move-in day!

My family and I just moved to Charlotte and are looking for our first apartment. When we went here we had the pleasure of meeting with a young lady named Jennifer. Jennifer was so nice to work with and very knowledgeable about the area.

Ashley Goode helped me so much with my move in process! Made everything so simple & fast for me, as well as very flexible To work with! I have a very busy schedule & she was able to work with me! On my move in date I got off work a little late & Jennifer explained the paper work I was signing & was very nice & made me feel right at home! I very much appreciate you both & your service :)

When looking into moving into Ivy Meadow Krystle & Ashley were super knowledgeable and very kind. I had a million questions and they didn’t make me feel like a bother at all. They know what there doing for sure. 👍

My experience with Krystle has been amazing. Everything was done quick and promptly and she even took time out to FaceTime me the apartment I’ll be moving into. The property is beautiful and I’m excited for my move in!

Jennifer and Ashley have done very well! They have went above and beyond! They have really have supported Bell Partners! I have enjoyed my stay on a scale 1-10, I give it an 8, as there is always room for improvement. I want Bell Partners to know that I have been living here for 3 years and the customer service is top notch. They are very professional 24/7! We have been on top of things and assisted me with my packages and mailbox key. They also have helped me get my carpet clean after requested.
